One-Way riders pay 2/3 the rate; Riders with two bus stops (e.g. AM/PM) pay 1/2 each rate

Occasional rides must be pre-arranged with the Office – $15 per ride, max 10 rides per quarter, billed each semester.

Payment Plans Available

The School offers three different payment plan options for payment of tuition: Single Payment, Two- Payment, and Monthly Payment options.

FACTS Tuition Management Plans

(FACTS allow payments using your savings account, checking account or credit card (payment using credit card includes a 3.05% convenience fee). The family will be responsible for payment of the $5 annual fee for One-payment option, $15 annual fee for the Two-payment option or $50 annual fee for the monthly plan. 

1) If Parents select the Single Payment Option, payment of tuition in full is due by April 5, 2026. Parents have the option, but are not required to, obtain Tuition Refund Plan for the Single Payment Option. A 1% discount to tuition will be applied if the Single Payment Option is selected and full payment is made by check or cash directly to the School or through FACTS Tuition Management (FACTS) by the deadline of April 5, 2026. Families using FACTS, the School’s third-party billing administrator, are required to pay a $5.00 administrative fee.

2) If Parents select the Two-Payment Option, the first payment is due on or before April 5, 2026, and the second payment is due on or before August 5, 2026. Parents selecting the Two- Payment Option are required to pay a $15.00 administrative fee, which is charged by FACTS, the School’s third-party billing administrator. Tuition Refund Plan at 2.1% of tuition is optional, but recommended, as long as the School receives the final payment before the first day of school. If the payment is not received in full before the first day of school, the Tuition Refund Plan becomes mandatory. A Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”) Compliance Disclosure associated with the Two-Payment Option is attached as Appendix A of the Enrollment Agreement.

3) If Parents select the Monthly Payment Option, monthly installments must be paid in a maximum of 12 (twelve) monthly installments. The first monthly installment must be paid no later than April 2026, and the final tuition installment must be paid no later than March 2027. Families enrolling after the April start date, payment will commence the month following registration and be completed within 12 months, with the final payment due no later than June 30, 2027. Parents selecting the Monthly-Payment Option are required to pay a $50.00 administrative fee, which is charged by FACTS, the School’s third-party billing administrator. Parents selecting the Monthly Payment Option are required to obtain Tuition Refund Plan Insurance. A TILA Compliance Disclosure associated with the Monthly Payment Option is attached as Appendix B of the Enrollment Agreement.

Additional Financial Considerations

  • Three annual fundraisers supplement tuition and provide an additional 10 – 15% of revenue to cover Program expenses. Our goal is 100% family participation. Your contributions are tax deductible.

  • Additional fees may be charged during the School Year for School services, which may include, but are not limited to snack bar purchases, occasional or regular bus use, club fees, school supplies, textbook fees, library late fees, athletic gear, camps and specially scheduled school trips and programs.
  • Parents can expect tuition to increase annually by 3% to 7%, depending on operating costs.
  • By signing a Contract, parents enroll students for an entire academic year. In the event that a student withdraws before August 25, 2025 the contract states that 21% of the annual tuition is owed to the school. As of August 25, 2025 the full tuition is due to the school. Tuition Refund Plan

The School offers Tuition Refund Plan through A.W.G. Dewar’s (“the Plan”).  A copy of the Plan terms and conditions is available by clicking this link. The Plan is optional if Parents select the Single Payment Option or if the parent selects the Two Payment Option and remits the final payment before school begins. The Plan is required for Parents who select the Two-Payment or Monthly Payment Options with payments continuing after the start of the school year. The Plan insures partial payment of tuition in the event of a covered separation in accordance with the terms of the Plan.

The cost of the Plan is 2.1% of the annual tuition fee for the School Year.  The Plan insures tuition at a level determined by the Plan in the event Student’s enrollment is terminated before completion of the full School Year, under the terms set forth in the Plan. The Plan covers tuition only, and does not cover any additional fees that may be charged by the School.  The Plan must pay the School first in the event of any unpaid tuition owed by Parents.  Parents authorize the School to process and collect any claim payment to which Parents are entitled under the Plan, to deduct any unpaid tuition Parents owe to the School, and forward any remaining claim payment to Parents.  If Parents selected the Two-Payment with payments continuing after the start of the school year or Monthly Payment Option, Parents will be charged the required Plan premium.  If Parents selected Single Payment Option or Two-Payment Option and payment is remitted before the first day of school, Parents will be charged for the Plan only if they elect to purchase it.

New Family and Sibling Incentive Program

This incentive rewards current families for referrals that result in newly enrolled
students. A referring family receives a one-time:

  • $2,000 tuition credit for each new family they refer who enrolls one or more students for a full year.
  • $500 tuition credit for each new sibling within their own family enrolling for the 1st time for a full year.
  • If a new student enrolls for a partial year, a partial incentive reward will be given.
 

Credits: When a new student enrolls, the registration paperwork must indicate the referring family. All incentive discounts will be credited to the referring family’s account in October following the new student’s start date. The recipient family must have a student enrolled at MMS to receive a credit.
