We have an opening in the near future for a Bookkeeper, reporting to the School’s Business Manager. This is a full-time, year round position. Responsibilities include Accounts Payable, tracking donation receipts, account reconciliations, help with annual CPA audit. We are looking for a candidate who is very proficient in MS Excel, has familiarity with Sage 300 accounting software (or equivalent), as well as Quickbooks, Exceed donation tracking software or equivalent, and who learns new software and procedures easily. This position requires good organization and communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Wage commensurate with experience. Medical/Dental Benefits, paid vacation.

Wrestling Coach for Fall/Winter Season – 2018/2019

We have an opening starting late October and ending February for a wrestling coach.

This part-time position requires:

  • knowledge of wrestling
  • the ability to relate well with both students and parents
  • good organization and communication skills

Experience as a player or a coach preferred.

Substitute Teachers

2018/19 School year, immediate openings. We are currently accepting applications for experienced teachers of preschool, kindergarten, elementary school, and 6th-12th Grade. Specific subjects we teach in 6th-12th include mathematics through Calculus, Sciences, Spanish, Dance, Music, Studio Art, History, English, and Outdoor Education. Subject-specific experience is desired but not necessary; proven ability to manage a classroom and follow a lesson plan is important.

Those with classroom experience are strongly preferred. Applicants should be timely, flexible, well-organized, and able to follow a lesson plan.
