SUMMARY:12th Grade India Learning Journey
DESCRIPTION:The Sambandh Project\nThe Mount Madonna School senior class of 2023 will be traveling to India as part of their Values In World Thought Program. The Learning Journey to India is integral to the two-year “Values in World Thought” program at Mount Madonna School On these journeys students conduct interviews with leading thinkers\, and interact with people who come from very different economic and cultural circumstances. This offers students new insights and perspectives on the many ways that people live their lives and their interconnectedness. \nThis year\, we have a talented group of 8 seniors participating. They have named their trip\, “Sambandh” which roughly translates to “connection.” Their hope is to create bonds and connect deeply with the individuals they meet in India. \nFollow the trip on their blog.
