Mount Madonna Girls Volleyball Team Scores Top Academic Honor: Best GPAs in CCS
Mount Madonna School’s girls varsity volleyball team has received the Central Coast Section (CCS) highest academic honor by the CIF: “2012-13 Fall Season Scholastic Championship Team Award.”
Middle School Girls Volleyball Season Concludes
Mount Madonna School's (MMS) girls volleyball program includes an elementary school team (Gold) and middle school team (Blue) – both of which compete in the Silicon Valley Athletic League (SVAL). Their season concluded November 6, and both teams experienced much growth and skill development.
Senior Daniel Fust competes in CCS Cross Country
At Thursday's SCCAL Cross Country Finals he qualified for the Central Coast Section (CCS) competition. This is a milestone for MMS: Daniel is our first athlete to compete in Cross Country at the CCS level.
The CCS championship meet will be held on Saturday November 10 at Toro Park in Salinas.
High School Girls Volleyball Season Concludes

Amid rousing applause and cheers from dozens of Hawks fans, Mount Madonna School’s girls junior varsity (JV) and varsity volleyball teams concluded their regular season play on October 25. The evening held additional significance: it was the last home match, and included time set aside to honor the contributions by the varsity senior players, setter Aimee Hopkins and middle Sanika Lakka.
