Middle School
At Mount Madonna Middle School each student is considered and supported as an individual to insure that they have the best opportunity to succeed in coursework, social development and readiness for high school.
Middle School is an important and challenging time of transition between elementary and high school. It is a pivotal period in a young person's life when they are changing physically, mentally and emotionally. The goal of the Mount Madonna Middle School program is to encourage and support our students in this important time of growth and discovery, providing them with challenges and opportunities for intellectual, personal and creative expansion.
Our program is extremely active and varied. Consequently, our students learn to balance the demands of a busy schedule, with the responsibilities of school, family and social life.
Our goals are:
- To prepare our middle school students for the academic challenges that lie ahead
- To encourage them to become familiar with and engage in the creative process
- To help them become aware of the importance of living a thoughtful and ethical life
